4. Breathe in life: Gently pour approximately 4 cl of ice-cold premium soda down the side of the glass. The carbonation breaks up the density of the purée and releases the vodka's aromas.
5. The finish: Complete the drink with a skewer of fresh wild blueberries and a fine dusting of freshly grated organic lime zest over the sorbet.
